Shipping Your Order

Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days after payment is received and are dispatched.

Shipping Costs and Handling

Shipping fees include handling and packaging costs (fixed) as well as postage fees (which vary based on the total weight of the package).

We recommend grouping your items into a single order to optimize shipping costs. We are unable to combine two separate orders placed individually; therefore, shipping fees will apply to each order separately.

All packages are carefully packed to ensure maximum protection, especially for delicate items. Boxes are appropriately sized to safeguard the contents during transport.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days from the delivery date.

Return conditions:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging

  • Hair extensions must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way

  • Customized or made-to-order items are non-returnable

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, hair extensions are classified as personal-use products. Therefore, we cannot accept returns for items that show any signs of use or tampering.

To initiate a return, contact us at unicornextension@gmail.com and include your order number and the reason for the return.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund within 7 business days using the same payment method selected during checkout.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error or defect caused by Unicorn Extension.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the package and the product received. We will arrange for a free replacement as quickly as possible.
